Vic and Cheryl Carlile have been providing property services to East Central Illinois area including Kankakee County and surrounding communities since 1998. Vic and Cheryl have lived in Kankakee County for 50 years and know the area well. They've been married for over 30 years. Vic has a Bachelor's Degree, and has been retired from military service after 26 years of service. Formerly a journeyman roofer, he has trained for inspection work at the Omaha corporate office of NPI and is fully insured.
He is certified as a Level I Thermographer from the Infrared Training Associates. He received training, and has been nationally certified for Energy Rating by RESNET. He has also received training for electrical and structural systems from the Community Revitalization Center Building Construction Training from Site Inspections LLC and Kankakee Community College.
Vic and Cheryl belong to several organizations including the Kankakee County Association of Realtors, Kankakee River Valley Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Home Builders, Illinois Chapter of the National Association of Home Builders, Residential Energy Services Network, Energy Star Partner, Home Builders Association of Kankakee County, National and Illinois Chapter of NAHI, National Association of Home Inspectors, and a charter member of the Illinois Home Inspectors Association.
